Subtler, subtle and sur completions

Oh my goodness! I completely forgot to post it here: half a year
ago I wrote completion files for subtle, subtler and sur for Zsh
and Bash. Note, that Bash completion is missing completion for
subtler (cba to write it, since I'm not a Bash user).
